With a variety of personal interests including cooking, fishing, music, fitness and much more, our team will work with you to help achieve your goals and maintain a positive spirit. All of our support workers have police checks, insurance and their qualifications are verified. Whatever you wish to do or talk about, we'll find someone with whom you can connect.

Our counsellor and co-founder, Jacqui Smith, has a wealth of welfare experience and is registered with the Australian Counsellors Association. Jacqui has a dedicated counselling space on the Beaches, but can also come to you and telehealth/zoom options are also available.

We have a range of fitness services including yoga, boxing and general fitness. Whether you want to go for a bush walk, kick a ball around or work with a professional, we have got you covered. Our workers have a gentle touch and are considerate of your abilities, whilst assisting you in meeting your goals.

Meal Prep

We offer a variety of options to assist with meal preparation. Whether you want home cooked, healthy and delicious meals delivered to you, help with meal prep and planning, or you’d prefer to cook meals together, we have a range of options available.
We can cater to your dietary requirements and preferences such as gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian or vegan. We will also consider cultural preferences.

We offer transportation to and from school, places of work, appointments etc. If meeting your goals requires assistance in getting from A to B, our team can help you get there in a safe, fun and timely manner.

Anything from light decluttering to a full house clean, our team can help you transform your living space. We can organise a weekly or otherwise scheduled service to help keep on top of your living environment. Our cleaners take a non-judgemental, caring approach to complex situations.

Our team has a range of post graduate qualifications to help you achieve your goals. We can assist with assignments, tests or general tutoring to help you stay on track. We can also work with you to create a resume, fill out applications or find a job that's right for you.

If music is your passion, we would love to ignite this flame.  From Beethoven to Travis Scott, Bob Marley to Taylor Swift, whatever you listen to, we have people who will share your joy.
 
Whether this includes listening to and discussing music or jamming together and writing songs, the choice is yours.  We can also provide instruments and the equipment for writing and recording songs.
